As soon as you have paid you will receive an order confirmation with a downloading link to your email. Please have a look in the "trashbin" in your email account if you can´t see it.

Didn´t you recieve the email, you have probably misspelled your email address, please contact us and we will help you.

All sales are final when the purchase is made. Digital downloads are not returnable and we are unable to issue a refund for the order. To you have a specific question about how to do something we would be happy to try to answer your question.

The link is valid for 30 days. I you haven´t downloaded the file within 30 days you can´t use the file and we will not send out a new one.

Yes, you are not allowed to share the file with anyone except within your nearest family. The Elf Letters Advent calendar is protected with copywrite and all unauthorized use will have legal consequences.

As long as you start with the first letter, with the introduction, you can choose to take away some letters if you want to. This should be a fun adventure, but does it feel stressful, adapt it to your energy level.

Yes! That is a great idea! I have lots of miniature toys in my Swedish webbshop (www.nissebrev.se) but I´m not able to send them out to the world.

You can probably find some toys in your local toy store, or you can make some by yourself. For example Alfies green hat, just use some green fabric and make a cone shaped hat.
